Who is responsible

What we collect when you sign up

• Your email address and the country you choose.
• The page the form was on, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the time of the signup.
• The time, IP address and user agent of your confirmation click.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data to send you the casino bonus offers you asked for, on the basis of your consent, and to prove that consent and protect the form from abuse. We send nothing but the confirmation email until you click its link.

Who processes it for us

Our servers are hosted by Vultr in the European Union. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it with casinos.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, and afterwards for as long as we need to prove your consent and honour your unsubscribe. An unconfirmed signup is never mailed again after its confirmation email.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time on our unsubscribe page or through the link in every email. You can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your data by emailing hello@paylineguide.com, and you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or your local data protection authority.
